I have spent many years in corporate, first at AT&T Research, then at IBM Corporation chip development facility as engineer and program manager. This experience gave me the in-depth knowledge necessary to run computers and systems which is necessary in the IT services business today. I started my first IT business as part of a franchise system called CMIT Solutions in 2010. I was able to use my knowledge to provide effective solutions to many small businesses, but also I learned a lot about how small businesses are run. After separating from the franchise system, I started AREN Enterprises LLC in 2023 which is my own personal business. My business is founded on a few core principles:
- Customer is always right: we welcome any critique from a customer and work diligently to improve our services. Some MSP's dismiss comments from the customer and continue doing what they were doing.
